Mission We provide supportive services that promote upward mobility for individuals and families facing housing, financial, health, employment, and family challenges.

Vision To be a catalyst for change, empowering community members to achieve housing stability through community support.


How to Enroll

New Clients:

  1. >>ALSS Self-Referral Form<< or call 443-888-1712 to have a self referral form texted to you. Please ensure you complete all of the form and submit. The form will NOT submit if it's not complete. 

    Must have Medicaid to qualify & clients must participate in tele-health therapeutic sessions and be willing to be supported by ALSS Support Team

Note: Services like Instacart and bill assistance are evaluated monthly. Housing supports vary—select "speak to support person" if unsure.

We offer second-chance holistic programming to strengthen families and build sustainable foundations. Through partnerships with property owners and agencies, we help:

  • Tenants facing income, or tenancy issues

  • Potential tenants building rental history & ensuring to stay connected to community support.

  • Community members overcoming barriers to housing stability & disconnected from community support programs

**How do I get started?**

Complete our  Complete Self-Referral Form form online at affordablelivingservices.com. You'll need to provide medical and ID cards for all enrolling family members.

**Who qualifies for services?**

To qualify, you must:

- Have Medicaid insurance

- Reside in Maryland

- ALSS supports community members age 5-65

- Commit to bi-weekly engagement with a support person via over the phone, in-person, or video chat.

- Case management
